Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Shipment

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and clearly write the issued RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Send the package back to our distribution center using a tracked shipping carrier of your choice to ensure safe delivery.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our warehouse team will inspect the case for damage and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
