Do SKB cases come with a warranty?

Yes, most of our hardshell cases are backed by a Million Mile Guaranty, covering defects in materials and craftsmanship for the lifetime of the product.

Are these cases waterproof and dustproof?

Our iSeries injection-molded cases are rated IP67, meaning they are completely dust-tight and submersible in water up to 1 meter.

Can I return a case if it doesn't fit my equipment?

We offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, unused condition. Please ensure you check the interior dimensions listed on the product page before purchasing.

Do you offer custom foam inserts?

While many cases come with cubed 'Pull N Pluck' foam, we also offer custom foam fabrication services for bulk orders or specific equipment requirements.

Are SKB cases airline safe for travel?

Absolutely. Our cases are designed to meet or exceed ATA (Air Transport Association) standards, featuring TSA-accepted locking latches for secure air travel.
